My dinner/post-yoga workout. I will probably finish the night with some frozen banana “ice cream" (stay tuned for this recipe!)
Anyways, this juice was delicious and very SPICY!
6-7 horse carrots
1 small apple
1 whole meyer lemon
1 large handful of cilantro
1/2 of a large jalapeno (hot hot hot!)
2-3 inch square of fresh ginger
