Pumpkin Pie Cinnamon Bread Roll Ups
This breakfast not only taste like you’re splurging and eating pumpkin pie, but it is healthy and packed with a wonderful source of protein!

Ready in: 10 minutes
1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
3/4 cup pumpkin puree (canned)
2 tsp stevia
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 slices of cinnamon raisin bread, toasted
Combine yogurt and pumpkin puree until uniform. Mix in stevia and spices and set aside. After toasting the bread, transfer bread onto a plate. Top the bread with yogurt sauce (about two heaping tbsp per bread slice). Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Drizzle with honey. Fold the bread like a taco and eat!
Instead of bread, you can top the yogurt with granola and some honey! Make yourself a parfait.
