On Taco Tuesday in my house, rather than buying sour cream, we use my healthier, protein-packed "sour cream" instead. This is a staple for me; I like to add this faux sour cream to my chili, tacos, or breakfast burritos! I also like to use it as a substitute to mayonnaise or cheese in a sandwich. Better yet, making it is super simple!
-1 cup Non-fat Plain Greek yogurt
-1 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
-1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
-juice from half a lime
Directions: Mix it all together! Use in place of sour cream, mayonnaise, or cheese!
