Healthy Habits Challenge of December 2017

It is that time of year again where we create New Year Resolutions and hope that we can carry them into the months ahead. However, creating change is difficult to implement, and even more difficult to maintain. That is why I introduce to you the Healthy Habits Challenge for the weeks leading up to the new year.

The 3-week challenge is meant to teach you how to adopt healthy habits so that you can carry out your goals into 2018 with ease. A healthy lifestyle begins with you and adopting healthy habits each day. Let’s make 2018 the healthiest you yet! 😊

Below you will find some resources to help you along with this challenge. Use the Healthy Habits Challenge Calendar Tracker to help you log your progress.


Week 1 - December 3-9

Drink at least 64 ounces water daily

Stay consistent with drinking 64 oz water each day. I promise, your bladder will get used to it! 😊


Week 2 - December 10-16

Sleep at least 7 hours each night

Sleep is more important than you may think! Power down early to ensure an adequate amount or rest each night.


Week 3 - December 17-23

Eat 2 servings of veggies daily

1 serving vegetables = 1 cup raw or Β½ cup cooked non-starchy vegetables.
