Cranberry Juice Greek Yogurt
I randomly threw this recipe together and it turned out delicious. I enjoy having a bowl of cereal with milk. Likewise, I enjoy eating cereal on top of Greek yogurt. Soooo, I combined the two and VIOLA.
I mixed Greek yogurt with almond milk and cranberry juice, and a little truvia. This created a “thinned” out yogurt, giving me a wonderful texture to eat cereal in!
I also topped it with raw, unsalted sunflower seeds, and a drizzle of blueberry syrup (no sugar added). You can top this whatever you’d like! Be creative.
3/4 cup of Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup of Cranberry Juice (Pure/Pressed, no sugars added)
1/8 cup of almond milk
2 tsp truvia
1/2 cup of cereal (Nature’s Path “Mesa Sunrise”)
1/2 tbl sunflower seeds
drizzle of blueberry syrup (sugar-free)
Mix Greek Yogurt, Cranberry juice, almond milk, and truvia together until it is uniform in texture. Adjust thickness/sweetness according to your taste.
***The measurements listed above are guestimates…I literally just added things until the texture and sweetness was good for me.***
Add cereal, sunflower seeds and syrup. Mix it up. Eat it up.
