Crab Salad Seaweed Wraps
Such a quick, easy, healthy, and delicious lunch!
Imitation crab (I got flake-style)
Plain non-fat greek yogurt
Sesame Seeds (optional)
Mix 1/2 cup of crab with 1/2 cup of greek yogurt (measurements are estimates–add based on the consistency you enjoy). Add 1-2 tsp of soy sauce, 1-2 tsp lemon juice, and pepper (to taste). Mix together. Top with sesame seeds.
Scoop salad onto seaweeds papers and wrap/fold. I got the “seaweed snacks” so they flake easily (therefore I just fold the salad in like a taco, and eat!)
If you have seaweed for sushi making, this could make delicious sushi. Add avocado and cucumber to make for a perfect maki roll!
