California Style Pizza
Okay let’s just state the obvious before we go any further.

So here we go…
1 Ezekiel (complete protein) torilla wrap
Shredded cheese (I used a mixture of two kinds–mozzarella and mexian blend)
1 scallion (cut into small pieces)
10? cherry grape tomatoes
1/4 avocado (cut into slices)
Italian seasoning (mine is a blend of a whole bunch of herbs)
Preheat oven to 350F
Place tortilla wrap on tin foil and stick in the oven to warm. After a minute or two, flip it. Warm for another minute. Then top with shredded cheese and italian seasoning. Stick in oven until cheese is melted (but not fully melted). Take out and top with tomatoes and scallions. Finish in the oven until your liking. I broiled it a bit to get a little crisp on it.
Remove from oven, slice into pizza slices. Top with avocado. Sprinkle a little salt on the avocado if you’d like.
